This evidence should be presented as a management statement covering the following:

  2. Enforcement of the tenancy or occupation agreement when appropriate
  3. Reporting procedures for occupants to notify defects, emergencies, or tenancy-related issues
  4. Fire safety instructions for occupants and employees, including actions to take in the event of a fire and details of the means of escape
  5. Informing occupants of their responsibilities, including:
    • Not frustrating the landlord/licence holder’s efforts to comply with licence conditions
    • Allowing access at all reasonable times to enable compliance
