Managing performance
The info below set out how performance against the Our North Tyneside Council Plan and the Organisational Business Plan is managed across the organisation. The first of these shows how the plans all link together from a strategic corporate level right down to each individual team member, whilst the second figure shows the performance management and planning cycle throughout the year.
- The Our North Tyneside Plan 2021-2025 sets out the strategic priorities and vision for the council and North Tyneside residents
- The Organisational Business Plan sets out the overarching corporate priorities of the organisation and is linked to the medium-term financial plan
- Each directorate has an annual Directorate Action Plan with its key improvement activity
- Directorates have individual Team Plans to cover the detail of how the Directorate Action Plan Priorities will be delivered
- Directorate Action Plan priorities and Team Plans are linked directly to each team members’ Individual Performance reviews and key work objectives
