- the swimming pool can be accessed via a gradual ramp in the beach area; wheelchairs are provided that can be used to enter the water via the beach area
- poolside hoist that can be used in both pools
- steps are available for the small pool and main pool
- three disabled toilets on the ground floor
- two disabled changing rooms in the changing village; one has an electronic changing bed, the other has a shower and a hydraulic hoist
- the changing village entrance has an automatic door and is all on one level
- one accessible change upstairs with a shower
- braille signage on all toilets and changing facilities
