Construction of a residential apartment building on site of demolition and vacant brownfield land at North Shields Fish Quay. Proposed building comprises of a 4-storey development with loft accommodation, containing 6no. C3 residential apartments. Associated undercroft car parking at ground level containing 6no. parking bays and 12no. cycle spaces.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
