Taking care of your heart

How's your heart

Identifying medical conditions can significantly improve your health. High blood pressure (BP), atrial fibrillation (AF), and high cholesterol can be managed with the help of your GP.

'How's your heart' checks have been designed as a quick and easy way for you to check on your wellbeing without scheduling a visit to the doctor (information recorded at 'How's your heart' events may be shared with GPs to help manage test outcomes).

Our Active North Tyneside team offers quick, free and painless blood pressure and AF checks at various venues in North Tyneside, without the need for an appointment.
