Employer - Approach senior management and request they address the issue
Behavioural - Work with the employer to resolve behavioural issue and promote sustainable transport
Enforcement - Approach enforcement agencies e.g. Police, to request they address issues such as obstruction
Design - Work with employer: can they improve site design or promote alternative provision e.g. park and ride
New proposals - assess against investment priorities
Implemented
If Employer, Behavioural, Enforcement or Design works then no further action is required.
If a new proposal is required then monitor until no further action is required.
