Our Benefits Plus offer provides employees the opportunity to sacrifice part of their salary for an agreed period in return for a benefit they choose. Each scheme has its own criteria that needs to be met, alongside completion of the six months probationary period.
**Terms and Conditions
- Green Book (up to and including SCP 34) - Rising from 25 days to 29 days.
- Green Book (SCP 35 and above) - 31 days with no further increase except for any Long Service Award in place.
- Red Book/Craft Agreement - Rising from 25 days to 30 days
- Soulbury - 45 days with no further increase except for any Long Service Award in place.
