North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Orders will be to prohibit all through traffic:
Dudley
On Wansbeck Road from the junction with Wansbeck Terrace to the junction with Angerton Terrace and Wansbeck Road Lane from the junction with Wansbeck Road to the rear of number 2 Wansbeck Road.
An alternate route is available via Dudley Lane, Angerton Terrace, Wansbeck Road, Wansbeck Road Lane.
The proposed temporary Order is required for a sewer cleanse and CCTV survey and will come into force on 28 October 2025 for a period not exceeding 1 day.

Killingworth
on Station Roads Level Crossing.
An alternate route is available via Station Road, Northumbrian Way, Southgate, Great Lime Road, Killingworth Drive and in reverse order.
The proposed temporary Order is required for drainage jetting works.
The Order will come into force on both 11 October 2025 and 25 October 2025 for a period not exceeding 1 day each. Working hours will be from 23:00 until 08:45.

on Murton Lane from the junction with Brookland Terrace to the side of 146/148 Brookland Terrace.

The proposed temporary Order is required for overhead telecom pole maintenance and will come into force on 6 October 2025 lasting until 7 October 2025.

As this is a back lane there is no alternative route, however access to be given/maintained when possible.

on Coast Road Serving Kings Road South. This will be from the junction with the Station Road/Coast Road roundabout to a point approx 120m east of this.
An alternate route is available via Coast Road Road Serving Kings Road South, Kings Road South, High View, Prince Road, Station Road.
The proposed temporary Order is required for a safe working area while poly ducting is installed and a concrete chamber is built and will come into force on 13 October 2025 for a period not exceeding 12 days.
