Accessing Contours

There are a number of ways in which you can access Contours, including pay as you go, short term packages and value for money memberships.

As a member, you will be able to use all five leisure centres for the gym, swimming and exercise classes.

You can choose to access Contours by:

  • Joining for and committing to 12 months to benefit from a lower price
  • Join and spread the cost with a monthly Direct Debit
  • Pay as you go
  • Access with shorter term packages such as six week and one week passes

The benefit of becoming a Contours member includes access to a comprehensive induction package to get you on your way, a free easecard and regular check ins with the team to make sure you’re getting the most from your membership.

The comprehensive induction package will depend on your previous exercise history and whether you have an injury, but typically includes:

  • a consultation to establish what you need and what you want to achieve
  • a run through of the various pieces of equipment available and how to use them safely (think intensity level recommendations and range of motion pointers)
  • nutritional guidance (for those who want it)
  • an InBody assessment; and
  • a personalised programme to help you achieve your goals

Join online / membership cost

Contours prices start from as little as £20 per month for adults and £15 for Juniors.

Corporate membership

Discounted membership can be redeemed at a reduced price by employees of local businesses and those in certain teams, groups and communities. 

To check if your organisation is included in the corporate offer, click on each membership type in the online system and select 'more information' for eligibility details.
