How to apply
Please use the link below to apply to make alterations to your home. Where applicable, you will need to email any supporting documents (designs, drawings, etc.) to fixturesandfittings@northtyneside.gov.uk and include your address and contact details.
Fixtures and fittings application
If you are unable to send your supporting documents/plans electronically, you can visit one of our Community Hubs to have them scanned in and sent to the appropriate team. Please note, appointments are required. Bookings can be made by calling 0345 2000 106.
