Annual Tenants' Report

I am delighted to present our 2024-25 Annual Tenants’ Report. This report is packed full of information showcasing how we have performed over the last year, updates on our services and details on how we will continue to improve our services for you.

I am proud that we continue to provide quality homes that meet the government’s Decent Homes Standard, and we will continue to invest in improving your homes and ensuring that all safety standards are met.

The last 12 months have seen the introduction of a wider range of options for tenants to work with us, share their views and have their say. We are acting on your feedback and ensuring that our services meet your priorities.

Having listened to our tenants, we have increased our budget to include a dedicated support team for tenants and brought the Community Protection team back into Housing. This helps us to work effectively with a range of partners to keep our neighbourhoods clean and safe.

I am really pleased to see that our Tenant Satisfaction Measures continue to show that we are moving in the right direction, and we have seen significant improvement in several areas.

As we look forward, we continue to prioritise safe homes, support for tenants and providing opportunities for our tenants and residents to have their say. After completing a detailed self-assessment, we have a clear direction of what we want to achieve.

We remain committed to improving all aspects of the service further and know that the passion of our Housing and Property team will deliver a service that, I hope, our tenants and leaseholders are proud of.
