Rats and mice
For private properties there is a charge of £40 including VAT for treating rats or mice.
For council tenants the charge is part of the rent.
We treat:
- rats within domestic properties including the garden area
- mice within domestic properties but don't undertake treatment of mice outside of the property
Before our visit:
- don't feed the birds
- clear any possible areas where the rats or mice might hide
