Executive summary
At its meeting on 17 March 2025, Cabinet agreed that the Director of Housing and Property Services in consultation with the Director of Resources, Head of Law undertake a procurement exercise for the proposed programmed works and to award contracts to those bidders successful in the procurement process who provide the Authority with the most economically advantageous tenders and in line with the agreed Investment Plan. Fire Alarms & Intruder Alarm Maintenance works and Metal Works and Fabrication works forms part of the commercial planned frameworks.

In accordance with the decision of Cabinet in March 2025, a procurement exercise has been undertaken by the Director of Housing and Property Services for the provisions of a Fire Alarms and Intruder Alarms Maintenance framework and a Metal Works and Fabrications framework and approval was sought to set up a frameworks following the procurement process.

Not award the contracts and commence new procurement processes.

To award a contract to the tenderers who represent the most economically advantageous tender in relation to the contract listed at section 1, above.
